To guarantee a professional service respecting the higher quality norms in the cleaning residential sector; we has been doted by a quality charter. We do our best to respect our quality engagements through the execution of the work. We make a regular following up through surveys for our clients, our franchisees and our employees.
Toward its clients, Ménage-Pro TM is pledge to :
- Contribute to the well being of its clients, even in their houses, by the quality of accomplished services by franchisors or by reception reserved by the administrative staff in our locations (phone as well as physical receptions)
- Support dependent persons who constitute a part of its customers and assist them in relation to their respective circle.
- Guarantee the continuity of cleaning services and respect of working hours, deadlines and contents of the cleaning service provided in our customers’ homes.
- Respect of modalities and intervention deadlines agreed for the provided service.
- Establish a free quotation for all our cleaning services.
- We are available from 8 am to 10 pm without interruption, from Monday to Friday. Beyond this timing you can leave us a message and we’ll reply to your call in brief deadlines.
- Suggest adequate service for your request insuring a perfect execution by competent franchisors
- No discrimination vis-à-vis our clients because of their ages, their race, their familial status, religions or nationalities. Treat each client with respect and dignity.
- Maintain the professional secret toward customers.
- Make a continuous quality service follow up (surveys’ satisfaction, questionnaires, etc…) and look forward improving the quality of the service.
Toward its franchisees and employees, Ménage-Pro TM is pledge to:
- Respect opinion freedom, and encourage an open dialogue with its franchisors, employees and their representatives for concerned decisions.
- Improve security and encourage the prevention insuring secure and sanitary working conditions for its franchisees and employees by making available in their working place equipments and adapted products to the perfect execution of their tasks.
- No discrimination vis-à-vis our clients because of their ages, their race, their familial status, religions or nationalities. Treat each client with respect and dignity.
- Respect of franchisors and employees rights and dignity and do not accept any form of threat or excessive disciplinary power from people they are confronting during their working activity.
- Suggest attractive carriers’ evolution, optimize their displacements, invest in continuous training and professional development and promote a balance between private and professional life.
- Put in place managements methods giving value to the executed work and the person itself.
- Finally, support franchisees who contribute to the improvement of clients‘ satisfaction by developing their competences, and by giving value to their initiatives and engagements.
Toward its environnement, Ménage-Pro TM is pledge to :
- Encourage sustainable development effort and participate to the citizen activities of environment protection, by putting in place methods and procedures in respect to the norms.
- Participate to the local development by encouraging the setting-up of new positions, through communicating to the authorities any violation of the fiscal legislation and social ethic, in particular for any unregistered work.
